ASB Fundraising

​Depositing Funds

ASB Fundraisers: A monetary fundraiser where the funds are going into your club account.

Examples of ASB Fundraisers: Bake Sale, Car Wash, Candy Grams, Club Merchandise like t-shirts, sweatshirts, stickers, etc.
Step One: Download and save the ASB fundraising form  to your club files.

Step Two: Follow the instructions for filling out the form. You only need to fill out BOX A.

Step Three: Submit your fundraising form to Ms. Bauer (rcbauer@seattleschools.org). You can send an email or go to the fiscal office, located in the commons, before or after school or during your lunch.
Step Four: You can collect money in two ways: Cash/Check or SchoolPay. To set up SchoolPay, make a request to Ms. Bauer (rcbauer@seattleschools.org). You can send an email or go to the fiscal office, located in the commons, before or after school or during your lunch. If you are collecting cash, you must keep a record of your sales and all cash with your sales record must be deposited the day it is collected or the day after.

Charitable Drive: A Monetary or Non-Monetary drive for an outside charity.

Examples of Charitable Fundraisers: Donating clothing, food, or supplies to a shelter, monetary fundraiser for disaster relief

Step Two: Follow the instructions for filling out the form. Note: You do not need to complete section 4 - this is completed by us after you submit your form to Ms. Bauer.

Step Three: Create an advertisement for your drive and save it to your files. Your advertisement must include the following:
  • Description of the drive
  • Dates of the proposed drive (must be at least two weeks away from when you submit your forms)
  • This blurb: All proceeds and/or collections, net of expenses will be held in trust by Seattle Public Schools until disbursed to (insert name of non-profit), a registered 501(c)3 non-profit organization.

Step Four: Bring your charitable form and your advertisement to Ms. Bauer (rcbauer@seattleschools.org). You can send an email or go to the fiscal office, located in the commons, before or after school or during your lunch. 

Depositing Funds:

All funds must be deposited the day it is collected or the day after. You can deposit your cash with Ms. Bauer by going to the fiscal office, located in the commons, before or after school or during your lunch. If you have opened a SchoolPay link, your funds will be automatically deposited into your account.
